    The Author basically puts all of the info you need right in front of you. All you have to do is put in the work. This Book reveals what others don’t and it teaches the importance of many exercises which are mostly taken lightly or don’t even get a proper mention else where. Those who can not go to a gym can learn to perform exercises at home. Another pleasant surprise was the chapter on diet and nutrition with what might be the simplest, fad-free endorsement for healthy eating ever in print. The best part is that the book educates the reader very well. The writer really seems to “get” what women want as a result of working out but also acknowledge that most women go about it the wrong way. Cannot recommend this book more!
