This review is from: Oasis Machinery MB800 Adjustable Heavy Duty Mobile Base (Misc.)
This is a very sturdy mobile base. The manufacturing appears clean and precise. The side arms fit tightly into the corner sections (a rubber mallet may help occasionally), and the retaining bolts that hold the corner sections to the four arms generally fit into the threaded holes cleanly (but have a wrench handy to get obstinate bolts started and tightened all the way in). One drawback: the base comes with no documentation — zero. No parts list, no simple schematic for assembly, no advice on what to measure before assembly. So, set aside 5 minutes to think through the assembly before you begin: disassembly for side length adjustment is a tedious task.

Because it was considerably less than the name brands, I was hesitant and suspicious. But it appeared to meet my requirements. It was received sooner than expected and the product was far better than expected. I read other comments about lacking assembly instructions. It takes <60 sec. to figure it out. Excellent product and easily bears the advertised weight limit.

I have owned many mobile bases. The welded HTC ones are among the best, but they are pricey and not adjustable so they have to be ordered from HTC in many cases. The relatively custom nature of such bases keeps the prices up there.
This is the best alternative I have seen. It can handle a 400 lb machine (Invicta/Delta ru-50 pin router) with ease. I fitted the Oasis base to a machine in the 6-700lb range and while it became harder to push around, it was up to the task and considerably outperforms the Shop Fox adjustable mobile base I switched out.
Assembly is simple as the galvanized steel rails are thick-walled sufficiently to take a good tapped thread.
Up to 800 lbs. I expect this is a great base – above that and you’d probably be better off looking at pallet jacks.
